ePADD v5.0 beta released

We are excited to announce the release of ePADD v5.0 beta 1. This release introduces the ability to manage and merge accessions. It also introduces a robust label management system, offering users a more sophisticated way to implement and manage restrictions and other descriptive message labels. There are many other improvements and updates. You can grab the new version and view the complete release notes on Github. Supporting documentation is also available. Please share your feedback with us at epadd_project@stanford.edu.
Archivists can assign embargo periods and restriction terms using labels in the Processing module
Scholars can use labels to aid their research process and request messages in the Delivery module
Community engagement update
We are also excited to report that we will be presenting ePADD this week at the second After the Digital Revolution workshop in London, U.K. The workshop “brings together archivists and scholars to preserve born-digital records and produce new knowledge," and is being organized by Lise Jaillant of Loughborough University, with the support of a British Academy Rising Star Engagement Award.
We look forward to your feedback on the 5.0 beta 1 release!
